On Saturday, the accused allegedly enticed the youngster from his Vibhutikhand neighborhood and led her to a remote area where he sexually attacked her.
A man has been arrested by the Lucknow police in Uttar Pradesh for allegedly raping a seven-year-old child from his neighborhood in the Vibhutikhand district, according to a story published on Sunday by news agency PTI.
The minor was allegedly taken by the accused, who is known as Mohammad Sarju, to a remote location on Saturday afternoon, when he allegedly sexually assaulted her.
The girl who lived near a railway crossing was lured by the man from the same locality on Saturday afternoon and raped at a secluded place,” Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Radharaman Singh told PTI. “She was bleeding from her private parts when she returned home,” he continued. She was referred to King George’s Medical University for more care after her parents took her to a local hospital. “The minor is conscious and her condition is stable,” the ACP continued.
After the victim’s family filed a complaint
Police opened a case under the applicable provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Before taking the accused into custody, police first conducted a search to find him. Investigations are still going on.
Delhi father rapes 8-year-old girl
According to authorities, in the early hours of March 8, an eight-year-old girl was raped by her father in the Sadar Bazar neighborhood of central Delhi. Locals caught the culprit, a vegetable vendor, and turned him over to the police, who arrested him the same day. Later that day, when the victim’s mother went to the Sadar Bazar police station to report that her daughter had been sexually assaulted, the incident was revealed.
After the girl was taken for a medical examination by the police, the attack was verified. According to officials, she received medical attention and is in stable condition. She is also getting expert counseling. Police said that the victim’s mother and her 10-year-old son left the house early on March 8 in order to get vegetables from the Azadpur market, which is when the crime occurred. Later, the girl told her mother about the attack and complained of pain in her intimate areas. When the mother saw that the youngster was bleeding, she called the police right away.
