Speaking with Mashable India, the actor’s talk took a humorous turn when he began to narrate a bizarre fan experience from a few years ago that he still recalls because it was so strange. He explained, “I wouldn’t say craziest, as it is used in a negative way, but I remember, in my early years, there was a girl — I never met her — but my watchman told me that she came with a pandit and married my gate”.

Naturally, this didn’t make the fangirl his “wife,” but as Ranbir, he must spice up his anecdotes with some well-intentioned humor. He went on, “There were some flowers and a tika on the gate of the home where I lived with my folks. That was crazy because I was, I believe, out of town at the time.
Since I haven’t met my first wife yet, I want to meet you eventually. Thus, it is safe to assume that Alia is Ranbir’s first and only wife. Back in April 2022, the couple had exchanged vows in a small ceremony at their revered Mumbai home in front of their loved ones. The next few weeks will mark the third anniversary of their happy marriage.
