Two days prior to the wedding, Gautam Adani revealed “Mangal Seva,” a program designed to assist newlywed ladies with impairments. Initially, financial aid of Rs 10 lakh will be given to 500 of these women annually. To begin this project, Jeet Adani met with 21 recently married Divyang ladies and their husbands.
Jeet and Diva
To show his happiness that Jeet and Diva are beginning the first chapter of their journey with a moral decision, the Adani Group Chairman took to X:
“Definitely not,” Gautam Adani responded when asked by reporters at the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj on January 21 if his son’s wedding will be a “Maha Kumbh of celebrities,” as was the general consensus. We’re just like regular individuals. To receive the blessings of Ma Ganga, Jeet came here. His marriage will take place in a conventional and straightforward manner.
“Seva Over Self”
An example has been set by Gautam Adani’s admirable act of “Seva Over Self” on his son’s wedding day. His decision to back social causes has completely changed the meaning of commemorating individual achievements by bringing in a considerate, neighborhood-focused strategy that has an effect that goes beyond the open show of wealth.
Motivated by his Social Philosophy
By donating Rs 10,000 crore to charitable causes during his son’s wedding, Gautam Adani sets an example.
The charities Gautam Adani choose to assist with his large donation were motivated by his social philosophy of “seva hai, seva prathna hai aur seva parmatma hai,” according to those close to him.
New Delhi:
Gautam Adani, the chairman of the Adani Group, was quoted as saying that his son’s wedding would be “simple and traditional” during his visit to the Maha Kumbh Mela last month. The billionaire businessman fulfilled his pledge and dispelled rumors that his son Jeet Adani’s wedding would be a lavish affair. In addition to keeping the wedding customary, he also gave Rs 10,000 crore, a one-of-a-kind wedding present from one of the richest men in the world, which will be used for various charitable causes.
Seva Prarthna hai aur Seva Parmatma hai
Gautam Adani’s pick of causes for his large donation has been influenced by his societal idea of “seva sadhana hai, seva prarthna hai aur seva parmatma hai,” according to those close to him. His gift is expected to go mostly toward large-scale infrastructure initiatives in the areas of education, healthcare, and skill development. These efforts will focus on making a network of affordable, high-quality K–12 schools, advanced global skill academies that guarantee employability, and world-class medical institutions and hospitals accessible.
