At ₹9.50 crore, the re-release of Sanam Teri Kasam has surpassed the lifetime earnings of the original run.
Within two days of its re-release, Sanam Teri Kasam, directed by Harshvardhan Rane and starring Mawra Hocane, has already exceeded its first box office receipts. The actor responded to the same in an interview with Free Press Journal, expressing his joy.

Box office for Sanam Teri Kasam’s re-release

When Sanam Teri Kasam was re-released on February 7, it was well received at the box office. The movie made ₹4.25 crore net on Friday, which is more than three times what it made on its first day of release, according to Sacnilk.

The film’s earnings on the second day increased by almost 15% to about ₹5.25 crore, bringing the total to ₹9.50 crore, surpassing the first domestic collection in just two days. Even recent releases like Loveyapa (₹2.35 crore) and Badass Ravikumar (₹3.15 crore) have outperformed it.

Harshvardhan refers to it as a “soothing feeling.”

When asked whether he thought the movie would do well at the box office when it was re-released, Harshvardhan responded, “It is a very soothing feeling.” The statement made by Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om, “Agar sab thik na ho toh woh the end nahi hai, picture abhi baaki hai mere dost,” is supported by this. After trying, failing, and trying again for nine years, I could relate to that conversation. It so functions as a calming salve and supports the discourse that Farah ma’am had in the movie.

Regarding Sanam Teri Kasam.

Mawra Hocane and Harshvardhan Rane made their Bollywood debuts in the 2016 romantic drama film, which was written and directed by Vinay Sapru and Radhika Rao.
