India’s Latent Case:

YouTube star Ranveer Allahbadia came under heavy fire from the Supreme Court on Tuesday for making offensive remarks on Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent show.
Supreme Court
The court said that such behavior should be condemned. The podcaster had something “very dirty” in his head that he “vomitted” on the show, the Supreme Court added.
It is necessary to denounce such behavior. You cannot assume that society will accept you just because you are well-liked.
Does anyone want this language in the world? He has a pretty filthy mental image that has been vomited.
Bar and Bench claim that the judge stated, “Why should we protect him?”In response to the FIRs filed against him for allegedly making offensive remarks during the YouTube show, Ranveer Allabhadia filed a petition with the Supreme Court.
Additionally, he desired that all FIRs be combined. Justices Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh heard the case as a bench. The podcaster was given relief by the court since it prevented him from being arrested. Additionally, Ranveer Allahbadia was prohibited by the Supreme Court from hosting any more YouTube programs.
Justice Kant claimed that “the perverted mind” was represented in the words. “Your chosen remarks will make your parents and sisters feel embarrassed.
Society as a whole will be embarrassed. The twisted brain. What perversion you and your goons have displayed! Our judicial system is subject to the rule of law.
“The law will take its course if there are threats (against Allahbadia),” Live Law cited him as saying.
Allahbadia is asked by the court to present his passport
Ranveer Allahbadia was ordered by the Supreme Court to keep his passport and not leave the country without authorization. “If another FIR is filed in Jaipur regarding the identical set of allegations, the petitioner’s arrest will be postponed.
In the Thane police station, the petitioner will deposit his passport. He must obtain this court’s prior approval before departing the nation,” Justice Kant continued.
